inspiringlearningforall
mla (great documentation to get from www.mla.gov.uk, grab it before it is too late and the site is put down!)
Increase retention of students.

4 Ps

Places
Policies, plans, performance
Partnership
You must involve your team from the beginning: checklist.
Question bank available: evaluation form only 5 question
We then did an exercice as to classify the answers we were getting. For example where does: "This has taught me to work in a group and how to come up with ideas". You must be consistent as to where you put your answers, be consistent with your subjectivity (personnally I found this difficult as this answer could have gone into different categories: Skills / enjoyment, inspiration, creativity / knowledge and understanding.
My comments: classifying qualitative data is extremely difficult, but I really do think worth it in the end! There is some good documentation available on the inspiring learning for all website
doc "building a learning team": good for managers.
Conclusion: a very practical session with lots of good e-documentation provided, definitely worth spending time on the two websites mentioned above!
