At Regent's College: 95 per cent of international students but no more than 10 per cent of each nationality

problems with "dirty" data, differences in fees, logistics were problematic, lack of communication,
students really liked it.
this year more ebooks are available but these students are not digital natives
Conclusion: I wished perhaps the presenter would have done this presentation next year as we could have perceived improvement in the service. Thoug, somehow, it was reassuring to see the same old problems happening so often in so many places: lack of communication with the Tutors, misanderstanding about library budgets...
