students still expect personalised support.  we make assomption about what people want.
student as customers? or autonomous learner?
right to degree? or student responsibility?
NSS or lifelong learning?
need to learn what students use...ie iphones, twitter etc...
identity management: student as partners, student voice.
We ourselves need to continue to be learners
clear advocacy from our part across institution...


Conclusion: that made me learn a little bit more about FE colleges and some new terms used in management, such as "identity management".
